I've found that if I call a pizza place and insist that they delivered to me once before - "Well, you used to deliver out here. What happened? Are you under new management or something?" - they sometimes deliver. But now more and more people keep track of customers via computer and then they can look you up and tell that you're a big fat liar. lol
