I have to say, about the rape, it wasn't at all fetishy at all and honestly it's a thing that happens and should be addressed some times (not every time but it's hardly been a trend) everyone in the room took it dead serious and I think that it struck the right tone. This guy was totally irredeemable. The Doctor was right to do what he did.

Also she rescued herself, like the bad ass she is. That was awesome.
