Yeah, I recently read an article (can't find it right now arrrgh) that pointed out a lot of these 'green' choices place the 'responsibility' back on the lone individual, when in reality most pollution is caused by giant companies, and turns perceived resistance into another form of consumerism. We can recycle and try to eat right and lower individual footprints and all that, but that doesn't change how we're in a much bigger system and still participating in it even when we do these things.
