lizbeeSee, until this evening I'd never watched Press Gang before. Mum always made us turn the TV off when it started. That and Degrassi. It's possible she thought they were the same show.
Anyway, a girl at work loaned me her complete set of Press Gang DVDs in exchange for a copy of Doctor Horrible's Singalong Blog. Needless to say, I totally got the better end of the deal here. And now I've watched the first episode, and once I'd stopped boggling over Spike's "accent", something really, incredibly obvious became apparent.
Actually, the sunglasses thing is pretty tenuous, because every single human being on the planet wore Wayfarers in the '80s, and according to Stuff White People Like, everyone's wearing them now. Much more important is the highly adorable way that Amy is wearing Lynda Day's outfit. I AM SO CHARMED!
Also, I suddenly have my heart set on Angela Bruce turning up in Moff Tiem. SHE IS SO FIERCE, GUYS.
