This was actually pretty wintastic -- a whole lot of people of colour and no fail; a woman who doesn't let her Improbable Love For Kirk get in the way of being really good at her job.  The actual plot was a bit facepalmtastic, but the journey was enough to justify the destination.

Yeah, this episode is pretty good except for the fact that all the writers apparently channeled the fail away from gender and race and put it into design. Who puts an eject button next to the other thing?!
