TOS: A Taste of Armageddon

So this was pretty terrible, amirite?  The only redeeming feature was Yeoman Tamura, and she didn't even have a personality.  (But she was the first, and possibly only female character in TOS to handle a phaser in a security situation.  Barring, of course, Number One, the Barbara Wright of Star Trek.)

I think Yeoman Tamura is kind of a cool character who doesn't get enough love. She's a female cop! Is it because they cast someone who barely spoke English? (Or worse, is that accent put on for the show?)
