It's possible that someone faked up the 'cap, but ONTD's mods have been extra-vigilant about that since the scandal with the faked Michael Lohan tweets. The person who posted it doesn't use her LJ, but she's had an account since 2004, and as LJ likes to keep telling us, people do join LJ just to post to ONTD.
