Still on the 0.25ml dose
  • I've lost roughly half a kilo, which is a textbook pace for healthy weight loss
  • I would not say I've lost all interest in sweet treats, but for example, I am working my way through a standard-sized KitKat at a rate of one segment per day
  • likewise there's a tub of Ben & Jerry's Phish Food in my freezer which has been going since Saturday -- usually those things last two nights with me
  • an average-sized apple or banana is now a satisfying snack instead of something which barely touches the sides
  • if I'm hungry and don't eat, I get mild heartburn
  • all of a sudden I can really tell the difference in how my body responds to products containing processed/bleached flour versus wholemeal flour or grains
  • I am definitely drinking less alcohol -- by quantities consumed, I have never had a drinking problem, but once I developed the habit of having a glass of wine with dinner, it became difficult to stop because my brain runs on rails and that is The Routine
  • most of my meals are unchanged, because it was snacks and my evening meal that were getting me -- this is useful to keep in mind in case I run out of money or there's another shortage and I have to stop the injections
  • I look the same as ever (round), but I just feel so much better about my giant belly when it's not bloated or queasy from overeating -- even if nothing else whatsoever changes, I would like to be able to keep that feeling

That last point, that you are more comfortable with your body, sounds like a huge win.
