One thing that drives me up the wall is when people who've obviously not given Classic Who a decent shot and are going by some sort of "They're all in miniskirts!" montage on a retrospective show act like some kind of authority and assure other New Who fans that Rose was the first companion to do anything other than sprain ankles, scream in fear, and praise the Doctor. It's like the Lungbarrow thing, but less funny.
