DYING

Yes, without a breath of hyperbole, I am DYING of INFLUENZA. Or, possibly, I'm suffering a cold. Which, fine, it probably is just a cold, because I had the flu vaccine a couple of months ago, but WHATEVER, I am SICK. So sick that it's actually quite hard to look at the computer screen. So I've been alternately quilting and watching TV, and I also painted my nails.

Harvey isn't back yet. Stupid cat. He's going to be in so much trouble when he saunters in. Right after I finish cuddling him.

You could still have influenza, if you were unlucky enough to get a strain not covered by the vaccine. Enjoy your non-hyberbolic misery!

Well, influenza is one of those "get very sick very fast" OR "feel like crap for ages" diseases, so if you're past the first 24 hours and at the "feel like crap for ages" stage you'll probably be fine!
