Sometimes I just lie back and think of all the amazing practical applications of waterbending. I know firebending gives you the advantage of self-roasted marshmallows, but can you wash your floor with it?

With sufficient control, theoretically yes, the same way Tiffany Aching uses her fire-control to sterilize her hands (only allowing the fire to burn right UP TO the skin).

However, local Katara firmly agrees that water-bending is more useful at 4AM when a child is sick.
