Your review is awesome, but let me tell you, this is where I died:

(Ash is also vegan now. He and Michael are doing some amazing things with lentils and tofu, you wouldn’t believe how easy it is to prepare meals without using a single animal product or friend.)

YES. They are wallowing in ridiculous tropes, but also treating them seriously, AND IT'S GREAT.
