And also fondly reminiscing about her mother and all the opportunities to manipulate her that Philippa didn't get because she inconveniently died.

Philippa Georgiou cards for Mother's Day are up there with Kylo Ren cards for Father's Day: a terrible idea, but gosh, I love it.

I enjoyed all the bits of this episode which featured Georgiou.

I love her so much. I don't remember what else happened in the episode but the parts with her were really good. Why were they fake-fighting again?

She was so good in this episode. I loved the line about her mother, and the one about Michael and Spock going to have a picnic.

I suspect Leland's not going to like whatever she has in mind for him.

I wish I could trust her...but I think it's just enough truth to get Michael to believe her, but not enough for Michael to really know the full story. That is, I think Michael's as much a pawn as Leland is.

Oh yeah, I think Georgiou wants to win Michael's trust so that she can groom her to become the daughter Georgiou has lost. She's making the same mistake Lorca did, assuming that Michael would stand for that -- but, of course, she has the advantage of Michael caring about her.
