I'm reading a book about murders and other violent crimes that have taken place in the Australian outback. It can be summarised thusly:
WHITE AUSTRALIAN: So you're telling me the outback is full of danger and it's really easy for violent crime to go unnoticed?!
INDIGENOUS AUSTRALIAN: You people aren't too bright, are you?
WHITE AUSTRALIAN: Next you'll be telling me that a dingo could eat a baby!
INDIGENOUS AUSTRALIAN: Er, yeah, about that...
WHITE AUSTRALIAN: No, stop, I want to be surprised!
