Drawn in Photoshop, as I've managed to misplacemy sketchbook, and my scanner is in Queensland anyway.  Hence the crapness, because arts is hard.  The Doctors seem to be auditioning for Gallifrey's Next Top Model (which is, I imagine, hosted by Romana I), and I'm not entirely sure why the Brigadier is standing that way, but it must be bad for his back.
