lizbee: A sketch of myself (Default)
On the tram yesterday afternoon, I found myself sitting beside an amazingly beautiful girl. And she wasn't merely beautiful, she was what they call well put together. Her clothes all looked like vintage, but they were in great condition. Her shoes were nice, her nail polish was perfect, her make-up was done. Even her eyebrows were perfect. She was a work of art.

As we pulled out of Bourke Street, she pulled out her mobile, dialled and said, "Guess what? I just bought all seven seasons of Star Trek Voyager. Now we have the whole lot!"

The person on the other end of the line said something, and she laughed.

"Enterprise doesn't count."

One of my favourite episodes, not so much because it's good, but because it hits several of my crack buttons and has some good scenes. I don't know if I'd call it a good episode on its own merits; it mostly wraps up the immediate threads from "Severed Dreams" and brings some character arcs to the fore. Wait, those are all aspects I enjoy. Maybe it is a good episode.

Spoilers intend to have other plans. )
